twitter/wordpress ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a WordPress plugin that helps a site work better with Twitter.

I want it to let me embed Tweets, profile timelines, lists, collections, and Moments by URL or shortcodes, and also add Tweet, Follow, and Periscope on air buttons anywhere in a post, page, or widget area. It should automatically generate Twitter Card markup for posts, and let me set things like my site Twitter name, author Twitter names, card title and description, and sharing text from the WordPress editor or admin settings.

Please make it feel like a real WordPress plugin, with proper admin screens, widgets, shortcodes, and clean integration with WordPress APIs.
