Build me a clean personal portfolio website for a developer or designer using React. I want it to feel like a simple resume website with multiple pages, not just one long landing page.

It should be fully responsive and look good on desktop and mobile. Include sections for an intro, about me, skills, projects or work, resume style experience, and a contact page. The contact form should actually be set up to send messages using EmailJS or a similar simple email service.

Please make the content easy to edit from one central place so I can quickly change my name, bio, social links, projects, skills, and contact details without digging through every component. Use a clean Bootstrap style layout and keep it polished but not overcomplicated.

Use sensible placeholder content for now, and make sure I can run it locally with the usual install and start commands. Look up current docs online if you need to.
