Build me a full end to end data pipeline called SmartIngest that takes in a few different kinds of data, like CSV crop data, JSON hospital data, and live weather data from an API.

I want it to land the raw data first, clean and validate it next, then create business ready analytics at the final layer using SQL style transforms. It should also catch bad or unusual data, generate a simple health report in plain English, and show everything in a clean dashboard.

Please make it runnable locally from a single pipeline script, with a small web API to serve the results and a browser dashboard to view the latest status. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online. Keep it production style but simple enough that I can run it on my machine with a virtual environment and an environment variable for the AI report key.
