Build me a polished browser game called The Hackathon Simulator. I want it to feel like a real single player hackathon you can play in your browser, with a turn based flow from choosing difficulty, forming a team, getting a random problem, picking a solution direction, choosing tech, prioritizing features, building a pitch deck, getting mentor advice, choosing a business model, preparing a pitch, spinning for a judge, then seeing final results.

Make it fun and stressful, with a countdown timer, teammate advice, teammate disagreements, random chaos events, smart recommendations, judge personalities, scoring across different categories, achievements, and saved run history in the browser. The final judge feedback should feel personal and can include a funny roast. If API keys are available, use AI for the roast, but include a safe local fallback so the game still works without setup.

Use a modern Next.js, React, TypeScript style stack with nice animations and clean game UI. Look up current docs online if you need to.
