Build me a polished rich text editor app like Notion, with a clean modern interface and a nice set of editing tools.

I want the editor to support the usual stuff like headings, lists, quotes, links, images, and easy formatting, plus a friendly AI helper that can rewrite text, summarize, or help continue writing. Make it feel smooth and easy to use, with reusable components and a design that fits well with shadcn style UI.

Please set it up so I can open the project, run it locally, and start editing content right away. If there are any current docs or best practices I should follow for the editor setup, look them up online if needed and use them. I’d also like a simple demo page so I can see the editor working without having to wire up a whole backend first.
