Build me a simple dictionary app using this MERN project setup.

I want a clean site where someone can type a word, search it, and see the definition, part of speech, pronunciation, and a couple of example uses if available. Make it feel easy and fast to use, with a nice search box, loading state, and a helpful message when a word is not found.

Use the frontend in the React app and set up the server side so the app can get dictionary data cleanly. If you need to look up current docs or a public dictionary API, go ahead and do that. Keep the design modern but simple, and make sure it works well on mobile too.
