Build me a lightweight Telegram bot that helps me keep track of crypto and a few everyday tools in one place.

I want it to let me check a coin by symbol or contract address, see price, volume, liquidity, recent change, and basic market info, and also search across both regular market data and on chain pools. It should be able to monitor a watchlist and send me a daily alert if any token suddenly gets a big volume spike, and let me turn that monitoring on or off from chat. I’d also like simple commands for Polymarket wallet holdings, RSS monitoring for a couple of forums, and a few handy utilities like getting the current chat ID.

Make it stable, fast, and easy to run on a server or with Docker, and keep the code organized so it’s easy to add more commands later. If you need to check current docs for the Telegram library or crypto APIs, go ahead and look them up online.
