Build me a web app called gate for managing a team’s Claude Code workflows from one place, with a clean dashboard and the ability to run everything from the user’s own machine.

I want an admin area where I can sign in with a secret, add team members, issue personal keys, connect repositories, and configure a memory provider. I also want pages for workflows, agents, runs, repositories, and settings, plus a way to see the history of what each run decided so future runs can read it first. Make the dashboard feel polished and simple, with modern UI and good defaults.

It should also support the Claude Code plugin side of the product, so a person can install the marketplace plugin, log in with their key, and run the team’s workflows in their own repo and worktree. Include the docs and setup flow from the README, seed sensible defaults, and make sure the app can be started locally and tested.
