Build me a simple full stack web app that converts Word documents into PDFs.

I want a clean React frontend where someone can choose a .doc or .docx file, click a button to convert it, and then automatically download the PDF when it’s ready. Please show a clear success message when it works and a friendly error message if the file is missing or the conversion fails.

On the backend, set up an Express API that receives one uploaded file, converts it to PDF, and sends the PDF back to the frontend.
