Build me a self hosted website analytics app that feels like a simple, privacy friendly alternative to Google Analytics. I want to be able to connect my sites with a tracking script, collect page views and custom events, and log into a clean dashboard to see traffic, top pages, referrers, basic trends, and visitor behavior. If the project already supports things like journeys, segmentation, or cohorts, include those too, but keep the overall experience fast and easy to understand.

Please make it runnable locally and also easy to deploy with Docker, using a Postgres database. Set up the environment config, database connection, first time install flow, and default admin login so I can get in right away and change it later. It should build cleanly and start on localhost:3000 by default.
