Build me a couple of small MERN practice projects in one repo.

I want one app that lets me add, edit, view, and delete students, with a simple form and a clean list view. It should feel easy to use, with basic validation and a nice simple interface.

I also want a second mini project that shows a rate limiting example, so I can see how to protect an API from too many requests. Keep it simple and easy to understand, but make it actually work end to end.
