Build me a self hosted license management app for digital products and subscriptions.

I want an admin dashboard where I can create products, issue and renew licenses, activate and deactivate them, manage customers, vouchers, blacklists, and see basic reports like validations and bot activity. It should also have a customer portal that uses Discord login, plus a Discord bot so staff and customers can check licenses and redeem vouchers from Discord.

Make it work with simple JSON storage by default, but also support PostgreSQL for a more serious setup, with a way to move data between them if needed. I also want API endpoints for license validation and provisioning, and settings in the dashboard for Discord, panel URL, and other integration details.

Please keep the UI clean and modern, and use current docs online if you need to. If something is missing, make sensible choices and get the main flow working end to end.
