Build me a self hosted analytics app like Metabase that makes it easy for a normal team to explore company data without needing to know SQL, but still includes a SQL editor for people who do. I want users to be able to connect a database, ask questions, save charts, and turn them into interactive dashboards with filters, auto refresh, fullscreen, and sharing. Please include alerts and scheduled dashboard subscriptions by email, Slack, or webhook, plus a simple library area to organize saved work.

It should also support long form analysis documents with comments, basic permissions for different users or teams, dark mode, and translated content where possible. If it is reasonable, add embedded analytics so charts, dashboards, or even the full app can be shown inside another product. Keep setup simple enough that someone can get it running quickly, ideally with a straightforward local or Docker based workflow.
