Build me a browser extension for Chrome that automatically checks the site I’m visiting against Rossmann’s Consumer Action Taskforce wiki articles and shows me if there are any matches.

If it finds a CAT page for the current site, I want the extension icon to show how many controversies were found, and ideally also show a clickable angry cat on the page when there’s a match. Keep it simple and useful, with a clean extension popup or badge state if needed.

Please make it work from source and set it up so I can build it for Chrome first, with a path that can also support Firefox and Safari if the project already allows that. Use the existing project structure, keep the current behavior of looking up the current website, and make sure it’s easy to install as an unpacked extension for testing. If you need to check the latest extension docs or browser APIs, go ahead and look them up online.
