Build me a full e commerce web app called ShopNest.

It should have a React storefront where people can browse products, search for items, open product detail pages, add things to a cart, sign up, log in, and view their profile with past orders. I also want checkout with Razorpay test mode so users can place orders and pay in the normal flow. Please include an admin area too, where I can manage products, users, orders, order status, and see basic sales analytics.

If Cloudinary is available, let admins upload product images from the app. If email setup is available, use it for order or account emails, but keep it optional. Use a Node and Express backend with MongoDB for data, and make sure the frontend and backend work together locally with clear setup instructions. Please use sensible defaults, keep the UI clean and modern, and look up current docs online if you need to.
