Build me a polished app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that lets people create, manage, and run virtual machines right from their device. It should make it easy to set up a new machine, start and stop it, and switch between saved VMs without feeling technical. I want it to support running Windows, Linux, and other operating systems, with good graphics, terminal access, USB support, and a smooth experience on both iOS and macOS.

If possible, use current Apple APIs and QEMU based emulation under the hood, and on Mac take advantage of hardware acceleration for better performance. On iPhone and iPad, make it work in a way that can be installed and used normally, even if that means offering a slower mode when needed.
