Build me a full stack MERN app for a multi organization RBAC collaboration platform called OmniRBAC.

I want users to sign up, log in, and switch between organizations they belong to, with each organization completely isolated from the others. Inside each org, I need roles, permissions, members, departments, invitations, posts or announcements, and an audit log that records important actions like logins, role changes, member updates, and content changes.

Please make the permission system action based, not just simple admin checks, with support for organization, department, and personal visibility. Include default roles like Owner, Admin, Department Manager, and Member, plus a custom role builder where permissions can be assigned. Make sure things like owner protection, role assignment limits, suspension, invite resend and revoke, and department scoped access are handled properly.

Use a clean modern dashboard style with a sidebar, top bar, protected pages, and a dark SaaS look. Build both backend and frontend so it feels like a real production ready app, and if you need to check current library docs online, go ahead.
