Build me a store rating web app with a single login for three types of people, an admin, a normal user, and a store owner.

Users should be able to sign up, log in, and update their password. Normal users should be able to browse stores, search by name or address, and leave a rating from 1 to 5 stars for each store. If they rate the same store again, it should update their old rating instead of making a new one.

The admin should be able to create stores and store owners, add normal users, view all users and stores, sort and filter the lists, and assign a store to an owner. Store owners should have a dashboard that shows their store’s average rating and the list of users who rated it.

Use React for the frontend and Node with Express for the backend, with PostgreSQL, JWT login, and password hashing. Please make the UI simple and clean, and look up current docs online if you need to.
