Build me a Python CLI app that takes either a YouTube transcript URL or a plain text transcript and turns it into ready to publish content for marketing and repurposing.
I want commands to fetch a transcript with timestamps when it comes from YouTube, import a text file transcript, normalize both into one JSON format, then generate LinkedIn carousel copy, a newsletter draft, and an FAQ list using Gemini. It should save both structured JSON and nice Markdown files into an output folder, and if timestamps are available, include simple time citations in the generated content.
Please also add a natural language command where I can just say something like generate a newsletter from transcript.json and it figures out what to do. Make the CLI friendly, with clear status messages and helpful errors if captions are missing or the input is too long. Use a .env file for the Gemini API key, and keep the whole thing easy to run from the terminal.
