Build me a simple birthday web page with a Matrix inspired look. I want it to feel like the green falling code screen, but instead of being scary it should turn into a fun birthday greeting.

Make it a small static site that can run by just opening the HTML file in a browser. Use plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The page should have an animated background with falling green characters, a centered birthday message, and a nice reveal or typing effect for the greeting. It should look good on a phone and on a laptop.

Keep it easy for me to edit the person’s name and the birthday message in the code. Add a little polish with glowing text, smooth animation, and maybe a button to start the surprise so it feels interactive. Don’t make it complicated, just make it look cool and work reliably.
