Build me a small MERN style practice app that I can use to test a Jenkins pipeline end to end.

I want a simple React frontend where I can see a health status from the API and add a few items in a basic list, plus a small Express backend with in memory data so it works right away without needing a database. Make it easy to run locally, and also make it work in Docker with one image that serves both the API and the built frontend. Please include a Docker Compose setup too, and Kubernetes manifests so it can be deployed to a local cluster or something like EKS later.

Also add a Jenkinsfile that covers install, test, build, containerize, push, and deploy so the whole workflow is realistic. Keep it minimal, clean, and fully working. If you need to check current docs for any tool versions or setup details, look them up online.
