Build me a modern project management SaaS called PlanBoard.

I want users to be able to sign up, log in, and manage projects on a dashboard with a clean dark glassy look. Free users should only be able to create up to 3 active projects, and when they hit the limit they should see a clear upgrade prompt. Add a Pro plan and an Enterprise plan, with billing screens that show pricing, subscription status, and invoice history.

Please include an admin area too, where I can see basic analytics like total users, active plans, project counts, and revenue. Use JWT based login, keep the user signed in, and protect the dashboard and admin pages properly. If you need to, look up the current docs for Stripe and the stack before wiring the billing flow.

Also make sure the app works even if a local database is not available, so it can still run in a simple dev setup.
