Build me a clean documentation site for a collection of React patterns, tips, gotchas, and anti patterns.

I want it to feel like a well organized GitBook style reading experience, with a clear sidebar, sections for patterns, anti patterns, UX variations, perf tips, styling, and gotchas, plus a simple home page that explains what the project is about. Make the pages easy to read, mobile friendly, and pleasant for long form content, with good typography and navigation between articles.

Use the markdown content as the source of truth, and make it easy to add more articles later. If there’s a good way to include search, a table of contents, and next or previous links, please do that too. Keep the design minimal and focused on reading. If you need to check current docs or best practices for the build tooling, go ahead and look them up online.
