Build me a local first desktop app for working with AI coding agents.

I want one persistent workspace where I can keep projects, chat sessions, plans, previews, and tools all in one place instead of being tied to a single editor. The app should let me switch between different models, including local or cloud options, and it should keep my data on my machine by default.

It should have a clean desktop style interface where I can start an agent task, review a plan before it runs, or set a goal and let the agent figure out the steps. I also want support for multiple agents working in parallel, so one can research, one can edit, and one can review.
