Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Playwright TypeScript test framework that can handle web apps on desktop and mobile, API testing, and Electron apps from the same project.

I want it to be easy to use for QA and developers, with a clean page object style, shared helper utilities for common actions and assertions, and a simple way to add new tests without repeating a lot of setup. Please include good logging, screenshot and video capture on failures, and a nice test report so it is easy to see what passed and what broke. Make sure the project is ready for linting and formatting, and add the usual quality checks so the code stays consistent.

It should also be set up for running locally and in CI with GitHub Actions, and if you need to look up the latest Playwright or reporting docs online, go ahead.
