Build me a lightweight desktop app called Pingo for direct person to person messaging. I want it to work mainly on the same local network, but it should also support connecting over the internet when possible. The main experience should feel simple and modern, with a clean chat interface where people can discover nearby peers automatically, open a conversation, send real time messages, get delivery confirmation, and receive desktop notifications for new messages.

It should be secure by default with end to end encryption for messages and shared content. I also want file sharing and live screen sharing between connected users. Please make it feel fast and minimal, with basic pages for chat, meetings, notes, and settings, plus an option to launch when the computer starts. It should run as a proper desktop app on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
