Build me a simple mobile first web app in Polish that works like a demo digital documents wallet. It should feel like a phone app, with a home screen, a documents section, a profile data page, a QR code page, services, and a more menu.

Add sample document screens for an ID card, driving license, student card, school card, and a Diia style document view. This is only for a school project and UI demo, so please make it clearly marked as a mockup and not usable as a real identity document. Use fake sample data and keep everything editable in one obvious place.
