Build me a focus app that feels smarter than a normal website blocker.

I want a desktop app plus a Chrome extension that asks me what I’m trying to work on, then watches what I’m actually doing and decides whether it fits that goal. For example, if I say I want to learn Python, it should let me watch a coding tutorial, but block random distracting videos or social media. The app should let me start a timed session, show a live focus status, and then give me a session summary with a focus score and a short AI written analysis when I’m done.

I also want it to save past sessions, show a simple history view, and have a timeline that makes it easy to see my focus over time. If I end a study session early, ask me one quick reflection question before letting me leave. Use a backend so the session data and scores are stored properly, and make the browser extension actually block tabs while the desktop app just monitors other apps.
