Build me the VESC motor controller firmware from this repo so I can flash it onto a real VESC board.

I want a straightforward setup that lets me choose a supported board, compile the firmware, and produce the flashable output files in the build folder. It should work from the command line, and if needed it can also include the Qt Creator project for people who prefer an IDE. Please keep the default behavior sensible, but make it easy to switch board targets and common settings from the config files.

If there are any current build or toolchain steps that have changed, look up the latest docs online and make sure the instructions are accurate. Also include a simple note on how to flash the firmware safely, either with an STLink debugger or through VESC Tool over USB.

Are you gonna build this?
