Build me an open source video editing tool that runs from a coding agent, not a normal timeline app.

I want to be able to give it a video, or even just slides, images, or a webpage, and have it create a polished final video with subtitles, simple motion graphics, captions that can be styled, and basic edits like cutting, reframing, and adding visual elements. It should also let me use a reference image to match a style, and if I want, generate talking head footage through VEED after asking me for approval first.

Make it work on Apple Silicon Mac and Windows x64, with a fast renderer and a preview after each render. If speech is in the video, it should transcribe it and use that for subtitles, with a choice between VEED transcription or local WhisperX. Keep the whole thing agent driven and easy to use from Claude Code or similar, with clear setup and sensible defaults. If you need to look up current docs online, do that.
