ventoy/Ventoy ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Ventoy style tool that turns a USB drive or external disk into a multiboot drive. I want to install it once, then just copy ISO, WIM, IMG, VHD(x), or EFI files onto the drive and boot from a menu without reformatting every time.

It should work with common Windows, Linux, Unix, ChromeOS, rescue, and installer images. Support both old BIOS and UEFI machines, MBR and GPT disks, Secure Boot where possible, and image files larger than 4GB. Please include a simple desktop interface for choosing the target drive, installing or updating the boot tool, and clearly warning me before anything destructive happens.

The boot menu should automatically find copied images, let me choose between list and tree views, and support extras like persistence, unattended installs, password protection, custom themes, and browsing local disk images if possible. Keep normal USB storage usable after setup. Look up current docs online if you need to.
