Build me a multi tenant docs site with an admin panel for editing and publishing markdown docs.
I want each tenant to have its own subdomain, branding, content, and sidebar, so Acme, Globex, and Initech all feel separate. The docs should load fast with a static page shell, but still show personal info like the user name and API key after a short loading state. If the markdown includes placeholders like {{user.apiKey}}, those should turn into dynamic values without breaking the cached page.
Also make a simple admin area where I can pick a tenant and a doc, edit the markdown in a split view, preview it live, save it, and publish it. When a doc is published, only that doc should refresh, with options to invalidate just one page, one tenant, or everything globally. If you need to check anything, look up the current Next.js docs online.
