vercel-labs/skills ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a command-line tool to help people manage "skills" for their AI coding agents like Claude, Cursor, and others. The idea is that these skills are just reusable instruction sets that you can add from different places like a GitHub repo or a local folder.

The tool should be executable with npx skills. It needs a few core commands: add to install a new skill, list to see what's installed, find to search for skills, and remove to uninstall them. It should also be able to check for and apply updates.

A key feature is that users should be able to install a skill just for their current project or install it globally for their user account. The tool needs to know where to put the skill files for all the different agents it supports. Please build this using TypeScript and make sure it's a clean, easy-to-use CLI.
