Build me a small modern JavaScript web app from scratch that shows how the whole stack fits together, not a fancy product. I want a React app with basic state management, page navigation, server rendered pages, live updates over websockets, and a simple polished look with Bootstrap styling and a bit of custom styling. It should include the usual project setup too, so I can run it locally with one command, lint it, and have a few tests in place.
