Build me an OpenWrt LuCI plugin called OpenClash that lets me manage a Mihomo Clash client from the router web interface.

I want a simple admin page where I can turn the service on and off, upload or edit a config, pick proxy nodes and rules, and see whether the connection is working. It should support the common proxy types mentioned in the project, like Shadowsocks, VMess, Trojan, and Snell, and make it easy to switch between different routing modes without touching the command line.
