Build me a local WhatsApp connector for Claude Desktop or Cursor using this repo. I want it to pair with my phone by showing a QR code, keep the WhatsApp session and message history on my machine in a local SQLite database, and let Claude safely read only what I ask for.

The finished setup should let me search contacts by name or phone number, browse and search messages with simple date filters, and send messages to people or group chats. It should also handle common media like images, videos, documents, audio, and voice notes, plus downloading media when needed. If this repo supports it, include quoted replies, emoji reactions, call history capture, and a simple webhook option for forwarding incoming messages.
