Build me a Mindbody MCP server in TypeScript that I can connect to Claude Desktop or any other MCP client.

I want it to let an AI assistant manage a yoga or fitness studio through the Mindbody API, things like viewing classes and schedules, booking and canceling clients, managing waitlists, checking client info and memberships, handling staff schedules, appointments, and selling packages or products. It should work locally with standard MCP transport and also support SSE for production use.

Please include sensible caching, clear environment variable setup for the Mindbody credentials, and make it easy to run with Bun or Node. If anything in the Mindbody API or MCP docs has changed, look up the current docs online and use the right approach. Add a simple example config and make sure the project is ready to run and test without much setup.
