vidya333/best-properties ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a real estate website for an agency where people can browse property and project listings, filter them easily, and quickly contact the team to enquire about buying, selling, or renting.

I also need a secure admin dashboard where staff can manage listings and update the content shown on the site. The public side should feel clean and modern, with clear search and filter options, property cards, project pages, and easy ways for users to get in touch.

Please make it a full working app with a frontend and backend, and set it up so it can be deployed cleanly. If you need to check current docs or best practices for anything, go ahead and look them up online.
