Build me a local first desktop app for writing long fiction, with the chapter editor as the main screen. I want a left side area for choosing stories and chapters, plus chapter actions like create, rename, reorder, import, export, summarize, and delete. The writing area should autosave, show save status, and let me insert inline scene beat blocks while I write.

Also add a right side tools area for lorebook entries, matched tags, outline, POV, timeline notes, brainstorm chats, reusable prompts, AI settings, themes, backup and restore, and simple agent workflows that can do things like summarize, draft, check lore, and revise. Store everything locally on the device, including settings and content, and make it feel good on desktop first with a mobile friendly layout too.
