Build me a digital library web app called LibraSphere, with a clean modern look and a full user and admin experience.

People should be able to sign up, log in, browse books, search by title or author, filter by category, and open a book page with details and available copies. Logged in users should be able to borrow and return books, see due dates, past borrow history, and save books to a wishlist. If a book is returned late, show the overdue fine clearly.

Admins should have a dashboard where they can manage books, users, borrows, categories, and announcements, plus block or unblock users and see basic library stats with charts. Please make it responsive, with dark and light mode, toast messages, and a polished mobile friendly layout. Use the existing backend and frontend setup in the repo, wire up the API, and if you need current library docs or best practices, look them up online.
