Build me a hospital asset management web app where staff can log in, see hospital equipment, and raise maintenance tickets when something needs attention.

I want three roles, Admin, Staff, and Technician, with proper login and access control so each person only sees what they should. Admin should be able to manage users, assets, and tickets. Staff should be able to view assets and create tickets. Technicians should be able to see assigned tickets, update ticket status, and update asset status when work is done.

Make it feel like a clean internal dashboard with a table based asset list, a ticket form, and a simple overview page. Use a modern React frontend and a Node and Express backend with MongoDB for storage. Please include JWT login, basic request protection, and a nice UI with Material style components.
