Build me a simple full stack task management app called TaskSphere. I want a clean frontend where I can add tasks, edit them, mark them done, delete them, and see what still needs attention at a glance. It should feel easy to use on desktop and mobile, with a tidy layout and clear buttons and forms.

Set it up as a normal MERN style project with a separate frontend and backend, and make sure the app works end to end with saved data instead of just mock data.
