Build me a Windows desktop spreadsheet app for office teams that works like Excel, but lets people edit the same workbook together over the local network in real time.

It should open and save .xlsx files, keep the workbook in its original location, and preserve formulas, formatting, charts, and tables as much as possible. I want users to sign in, share a file with specific coworkers, and see each other’s selections and edits live. Every change should show who made it, when it happened, and what the previous value was. Add an edit history view, version recovery, and simple compare and quality check tools for things like duplicates, blanks, broken formulas, and bad dates.

Make it feel like a polished internal office tool for Windows 10 and 11, with easy sharing, notifications, and self updates. If you need to check current docs or APIs while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
