Build me a Grafana app that works like an AI assistant inside Grafana.

I want users to open it from the Grafana sidebar and ask questions in plain English about dashboards, metrics, logs, traces, and alerts, then get clear answers back in a chat style interface. It should support a quick response mode and a deeper thinking mode, remember previous conversations, and let people save reusable prompts in a small prompt library. Please make it work with common LLM providers like OpenAI compatible APIs, Anthropic, Ollama, and LM Studio, and use Grafana’s MCP tools so the assistant can interact with the Grafana instance when needed.
