Build me a full food delivery app called Foodie with a clean React frontend and an Express and MongoDB backend.

I want customers to be able to browse food items, search or filter what they want, view item details, add things to a cart, and place an order. The app should talk to the backend through API calls, and the backend should store users, food items, and orders in MongoDB.
