Build me a Windows Phone 8.1 WhatsApp client from this repo, and make it feel like a real app on an old phone, not a desktop port.

I want the app to open to a QR code pairing screen, let me link a secondary WhatsApp number, then show chats, status, and calls in the same style as the original phone app. Chats should support sending text, photos, and voice notes, with sent, delivered, and read indicators, message search, copy, delete, and take back. Status should show contacts’ updates with photos, videos, and text, and calls should show the call log. The app should also have a theme picker, live tile support, lock screen text, avatars, unread counts, and English and Italian based on the phone language.

Please keep it compatible with the old Windows Phone 8.1 toolchain and C# 5, and if you need anything current from WhatsApp or Microsoft docs, look it up online first.
