Build me a clean Awesome Python project, basically an opinionated guide to the best Python frameworks, libraries, tools, and learning resources.

I want it to feel like a trusted directory for Python developers. The main page should have clear categories like AI and ML, web development, scraping, databases, data science, developer tools, DevOps, CLI and GUI, text and documents, media, Python language, toolchain, security, and other resources. Each category should let people quickly scan project names, short plain English descriptions, and links to the original GitHub or website.

Also set up the README so the list works well directly on GitHub, with a table of contents, sponsor section, contribution guidance, and consistent formatting. If there’s a website version, make it simple, fast, searchable or easy to browse, and nice on mobile.

Please keep it maintainable so adding or editing projects later is straightforward. Look up current docs online if you need to.
