Build me a simple, polished website from this repo that helps tech job applicants prepare smart questions to ask a company during an interview. Use the existing README and translation files as the source of truth for the content.

Please include a language picker for the translations that already exist, and a short intro that explains the point of the project and reminds people to check public info first.
