Build me a natural language data ingestion platform where someone can just say what data they want moved, and the app figures out the rest.

I want a simple FastAPI backend with a way to describe source and destination in plain English, then plan and run the flow for things like Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Jira, CSV, Excel, JSON files, and generic APIs into Postgres, SQL Server, or Kafka. It should be smart enough to infer schema automatically, detect and mask sensitive data, and keep track of configs, audit history, and basic multi tenant support.

Please make it easy to run locally with Docker, include API docs, and add a few ready to use templates for common ingestion setups. If you need to look up current docs for any library or integration, go ahead and check online first.
