Build me a doctor appointment booking app with two parts, a patient site and a doctor and admin dashboard.

Admins should be able to manage doctors, see all appointments, cancel bookings, and handle refunds. Please make the booking system smart enough to avoid double bookings and only show real available slots based on each doctor’s schedule.
